Can I leave the event before 5PM?
To ensure that all job seekers experience a high-quality event we ask that all exhibitors and employers remain at the event until 5 PM. At 5 PM exhibitors and employers may begin “tear down”.
Will drinks be available to exhibitors and employers?
Water and tea will be available to employers throughout the event.
When can exhibitors and employers setup for the event?
EXHIBITORS MUST BE SET UP AND READY NO LATER THAN 12:30 P.M. ON THE DAY OF THEIR JOB FAIR
Workforce Center staff will be available at 12:30 PM for exhibitors to set up their booths the day of the event. Carts will be available and staff can assist exhibitors with loading in their job fair items.
Where should I park the day of the event?
Exhibitors and employers should park in the lot behind the Wichita Workforce Center to the west. The Wichita Workforce Center is in the New Leaf Plaza shopping center at 2021 N. Amidon.
