Can I leave the event before 6PM?

To ensure that all job seekers experience a high quality event we ask that all exhibitors and employers remain at the event until 6PM. At 6PM exhibitors and employers may begin “tear down”.

Will dinner be provided?

As a token of our appreciation meals are included for all exhibitors and employers. When you register simply let us know how many meals you will need. While the menu is still being developed, the meal will be a hot meal with a meat, vegetable salad and bread.

Will drinks be available to exhibitors and employers?

Complimentary bottled water will be available during the event. Soda and other bottled drinks will be available for $2.50.

When can exhibitors and employers setup for the event?

 Job Fair staff from the Workforce Centers of South Central Kansas will be available at INTRUST Bank Arena on Thursday, September 1 from 11:00-1:30 PM for exhibitors to setup their booths the day of the event. Carts will be available and staff can assist exhibitors with loading in their job fair items including any heavy items.

Where should I park the day of the event?

Exhibitors and employers should park in Lot 1. Parking is FREE with parking pass that will be distributed via email prior to the event. If Lot 1 is full, exhibitors may also park in Lots 2, 3 or 4 or any City lot for FREE.
